The Jack Auchterlonie Memorial Equine Sanctuary, J.A.M.E.S., of 29 Palms,has just received a donation of 16, 24" boxed trees form Grow West Nurseries of Brea, CA. The trees will be used for shade and wind breaks for the rescued horses. Along with the trees, The Home Depot of Rancho Mirage has donated 100 cubic feet of mulch to be planted with the trees to help them get a good start after planting. The trees were transported from Indio to 29 Palms by Pioneer Feed of 29 Palms. Off-loading and placing of the trees was done by Brooks Bauer Custom Homes of 29 Palms.
